English Language Competition

TOPFAITH 2026 ENGLISH LANGUAGE COMPETITION

FOR FINAL YEAR PUPILS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Our great school, Topfaith, with her unrelenting passion for excellence, organizes the 2026 Topfaith-sponsored English Language Competition for public and private primary schools in Akwa Ibom State. The competition is aimed at promoting and sustaining creative writing and effective learning of the English Language among primary school pupils. Primary Schools in Akwa Ibom State are invited to participate in the competition, which is scheduled to hold as follows:

DATE	Saturday, March 21, 2026
TIME	10am prompt
VENUE	First Decade Hall, Topfaith International Secondary School, Mkpatak

 

Participation Procedure:

1. The school should complete and submit an entry form online.
2. Completion and submission of the entry form not later than Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
3. Pupils to appear in person for the competition on Saturday, March 21, 2026 by 10 am with a passport photograph and writing materials.
4. A school can present a maximum of 20 pupils of the final primary class.
5. The competition shall comprise of Essay Writing, Comprehension Passage, Lexis and Structure and shall last for one and a half hours.
6. Results shall be forwarded to schools via email on April 17, 2026.
